Welcome to Dubs Detail. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 

Dubs Detail is a shop-based detailing company located in Belgrade, Montana. We offer a variety of automotive detailing services including but not limited to:

• Interior Detailing
   
• Exterior Detailing
   
• Paint Polishing
   
• Ceramic Coatings
   
• Pet Hair Removal
   

Appointments may be scheduled through our website or by calling us directly. While we do not currently require deposits or have a formal cancellation/rescheduling policy, we kindly ask that clients notify us as early as possible if changes are needed to avoid scheduling conflicts. 

We accept payment via credit card and select online payment methods. All payments are due upon completion of the service. Failure to pay at time of service may result in additional fees or refusal of future service. 

While we strive to stay on schedule, detailing times may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle and selected services. Clients may experience wait times, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. 

•  Dubs Detail is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
   
• We are not liable for the loss or damage of any valuables left inside vehicles. Please remove all personal items before service.
   
• While we take the utmost care during our work, clients acknowledge that detailing may expose prior issues or wear that are not the result of our services.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with any part of your service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to address the issue promptly. 

We may take photos of vehicles before or after service for use on our website or social media platforms. No personal information (such as license plates) will be shared. If you do not wish for your vehicle to be photographed, please inform us prior to your appointment. 

We collect customer information solely for the purposes of booking, service communication, and understanding how clients find us. Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

Dubs Detail reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via our website.
